10.10. Swimming pool stairs have steps

(a)  with a uniform rise between 125 and 200 mm;

(b)  with a uniform tread of at least 250 mm;

(c)  with nosing in a contrasting colour; and

(d)  with a non-slip surface.

The stairs may not project into the pool.
